Here’s exactly what happens from our first conversation to launch day and after.
We start with a friendly Zoom call. You tell me about your business, your customers and what you want your website to do, and I ask the questions that shape the project.
You get: a clear quote and a timeline, with no pressure and no jargon.
Instead of endless back-and-forth emails, you fill out one short onboarding form. It covers your business, goals, branding, content, domain and timeline, and you can upload your logo, photos and files right in the form.
Not everything ready? That's fine. Tell me what's missing and we'll figure it out together.
I design your home page first, because it sets the look, feel and message for the whole site. We refine it together with unlimited revisions until you love it.
Why it works: once the home page is right, every other page follows the same direction, so there are no surprises later.
With the home page approved, I build the rest of your site one page at a time. You review and approve each page before I move on to the next.
You stay in control: nothing goes live that you haven't seen and approved.
Before launch, we test everything: every page, form and link on desktop, tablet and mobile. If it's a redesign, I keep your existing URLs and SEO in place so your search rankings carry over to the new site.
Then we launch: your new website goes live, and I walk you through it in a 1-on-1 training session so you can update it yourself.
Launch isn't the end. You get 2 months of free post-launch support and a lifetime workmanship warranty. If you host with me, I keep your site updated, backed up, secure and monitored.
Need something later? You reach me directly, the person who built your site.
You don’t need everything figured out. These help, and the onboarding form walks you through each one.
